Addiction Recovery Through Buddhist Wisdom
Steven L. Berg
Addiction Recovery Through Buddhist Wisdom: A Dharma Recovery Journal is designed as a reflective journal that provides questions/prompts for individuals who want to incorporate Buddhism into their recovery from addiction. Twenty six short essays reflecting on the role of Buddhism and recovery are included. Although the focus of the book is on recovery from alcoholism and substance abuse, the content is relevant for people suffering from other addictions. The book builds on the work of the Recovery Dharma organization but is not affiliated with them.
